MOORE Ernie, February 23 2026 peacefully at the Foyle Hospice, beloved husband of the late Nellie, loving father of Jim, Raymond and Paula, father-in-law of Deirdre and Seamus and much loved grandfather of Sosaídh.
His remains will be reposing in his home, 15 St John’s Park. Funeral from there on Friday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 12noon. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry, BT48 8JE. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
