McGUONE, Plunkett – February 17th, 2026. Passed away peacefully at home.
Beloved son of the late Michael and Veronica.
Loving father of Declan, Eamonn, and James, and devoted grandfather of AJ and Lilly-mae.
Dearly loved brother of Michael, Desmond, Dolores, Siobhan, Pauline and Malachy. Predeceased by his brother Seamus and sister Rosemary (RIP).
An evening wake will be held on Sunday, March 15th at the Milestone Centre, Quarry Rd, Carrickmore BT79 9AL, from 17:00 – 19:00 for all that wish to pay their respects. Removal to church for 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, March 16th at St. Colmcille’s Church at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Following the burial, the family invites you to join them for light refreshments at The Charm Inn to share memories of Plunkett
Deeply regretted and sorrowfully missed by his children, grandchildren, siblings and the wider family circle and friends.
