BYRNE (nee McArdle) Philomena (Phil) (Carnacally, Newry) died 17th March 2026 peacefully at her home. R.I.P. Wife of the late Pascal and much loved mother of Kevin, Christopher, Paul, Cormac, Tanya, Pascal and the late Conor. Sister of Paul, Chris, and the late Susan, Tom, Fergus, Rita & Seamus. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at her home, 18 Carnacally Road, Newry on Wednesday and Thursday from 2pm until 9pm. Removal from her home at 11.20am on Friday for 12noon funeral mass in St. Colman’s Church, Shinn. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughter, daughters in law Clare & Maria, grandchildren, brothers, nephews, nieces, cousins, family circle & friends.
