We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of James Bernard McCloskey peacefully at Foyle Hospice on the 24th of March 2026. May he rest in peace. Late of 26 Crebarkey Road, Dungiven, Co Derry.

Beloved husband of Ann and loving father of Declan (Ciara). Devoted grandfather of Ciaran and Darragh. Son of the late Caroline and Paddy Joe RIP. Dear nephew of the late Mary and Tommy RIP and fond brother of Mary Kathleen, Thomas, Patsy, Ann and Caroline. Deeply regretted by the entire family circle.

You are welcome to pay your respects at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home (414a Ballyquin Road, Dungiven, BT47 4NQ) today Tuesday 24th of March from 7pm to 9pm. Leaving the funeral home at 9pm to repose at his late home. Wake at the family home is for family only.

Funeral from his late home on Thursday 26th of March leaving at 10.10am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patricks Church, Dungiven. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
