BURNS (nee Haughey) Catherine (Lurgan), April 28, 2026 peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Catherine, beloved wife of the late Joseph (Joey), devoted mother of Gregory, Stephen and Kelly, a loving mother-in-law to Julie, and a much-loved granny of Ethan, Dylan and Caiden. A loving daughter of the late Margaret and James Haughey (Waring Street), and a dear sister of Seamus, Joan, Gregory, and the late Sean. A loving sister-in-law and cherished aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

Catherine will be reposing at her family home, 49 Beech Court, Lurgan, BT66 6AN tomorrow Thursday, and on Friday from 12 noon to 9.00pm on both days, where family and friends may call to pay their respects.

Funeral on Saturday at 10.00 am to St. Paul’s Church, Lurgan, for 10.30 am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in St.Colman’s Cemetery.

On the morning of the funeral, the family home will be reserved for close family and friends. The family thanks you for your understanding at this time. St. Padre Pio pray for her.
