O’NEILL John, passed away Friday 1 May 2026 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, surrounded by his loving wife and daughter. Dearly loved husband of Dolores and devoted father to Catherine. Cherished son of the late Archie and Rachel O’Neill (nee McAuley), Dromore, Cushendun, and loving brother to Mary, Rachel and the late Brigid, RIP.

Remains to leave from family home, 21 Knightsbridge Manor, Belfast, BT9 5ET, at 10.30am on Thursday 7 May 2026 for Requiem Mass at St Brigid’s, Derryvolgie, Malone Road, at 11.00am followed by burial at St Patrick’s Church, Cregagh, Glendun Road, Cushendun, arrival approximately at 1.45pm, via Knocknacarry. All welcome to family home from 2.30pm on Tuesday and all day Wednesday.

Deeply missed by his extended family circle, friends and neighbours.
