WARDE Michael (Newry)(formerly Carrandine, Co Mayo) died 12th May 2026 peacefully at his home, 70, Chestnut Grove, Newry. Michael R.I.P. Husband of the late Sheila and much loved father of Edward, Christine, Patrick & Catherine. Treasured grandad of Aóife, Tom, Lucas, Lauren, Michael & Emily & great grandad of Evie. Brother of Kathleen, John & the late Mary & Paddy. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

His remains will repose at Charles Digney & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Sugar House Quay, Newry on Thursday & Friday from 4pm until 8pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 1.00pm in St. Patrick & St. Colman’s Cathedral, Newry. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, daughters, daughters in law Kathleen & Pauline, sons in law Richard & Owen, grandchildren, great grandchild, brother, sister, brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, nephews, nieces, family circle & friends.
