McGOWAN Anna, R.I.P. (Belfast & formerly Loughgiel) Died 19th May 2026. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family Anna R.I.P. Dearly beloved daughter of the late Danny and Bridgetta McGowan and much loved sister of Imelda Sherlock, Breige, Kathleen, Pauline Briody, Seamus and the late Carmel McGuckian. Beloved sister-in-law of John B, William, Theresa and Kevin. Adored aunt of all her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Anna will be resting at her home 43 Sans Souci Park, Belfast BT9 5QZ. Callers welcome from 12 noon to 8pm on Wednesday 20th May 2026. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 21st May 2026 at 11am in St Brigid’s Church, Derryvolgie. (Mass can be viewed on the Parish webcam https://www.youtube.com/@stbrigidsparishbelfast ) Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Loughgiel (arriving approx. 2pm)
