McLAUGHLIN Eamon, May 26 2026, peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Aisling, devoted father of Caolán, Aaron Riona and stepfather to Níamh and Cara Doherty, cherished son of Margaret and the late Gerald, dear brother of Gerry (Roisin), Ann, Sean, Seamus (Carolann), Kieron (Lorraine), Niall (Barbara) and Cathy and a much loved and caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and sadly missed by all his extended family and friends.

Eamon will be reposing in his family home, 11 Virginia Court, Waterside, on Wednesday and Thursday from 12 – 9 pm. Funeral from there on Friday at 10.30 am for 11 o’clock Requiem Mass in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Trench Road. Interment afterwards at St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
