With the heaviest of hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Liz Parker (née McAlorum) on 12th June 2026, at home and surrounded by her loving family.

A much-loved partner to Terry, devoted mum to Martin and Clare, and treasured mother-in-law to Matthew. A deeply cherished sister, aunt, and friend whose warmth, kindness, and love touched so many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Liz will be reposing at her home, 98 New Lodge Road, from Monday 15th June. Everyone is welcome to come and pay their respects from 2pm onwards on Monday, and from 12pm – 9pm on Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th June.

Her funeral will take place on Thursday 18th June at 10am in St Patrick’s Church, Donegall Street, followed by cremation at Antrim & Newtownabbey Crematorium.

Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Northern Ireland Hospice.
