McALEENAN (nee Mathers) Teresa, died 15th June 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Stephen, devoted mother of Ayla, Tiarnan and Ethan, treasured sister of Bernadette, Helen, Mary and the late baby Seamus, loving daughter of the late Malachy and Anne (Mathers) R.I.P. and cherished daughter-in-law of Josie and the late Gerry (McAleenan) R.I.P.

Her remains will repose at her late residence, 39 College Gardens, tomorrow (Tuesday) from 12noon until 9pm and Wednesday from 10am until 9pm. Requiem Mass for Teresa will be celebrated on Thursday at 11am in St. Brigid’s Church, The Meadow, burial afterwards in Monkshill cemetery. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her husband, daughter, sons, sisters, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
