SPIERS (nee Newell) Evelyn – 16th June 2026. Peacefully, aged 78 years, at her home, Brian Drive, Ballynahinch, with her loving daughters by her side.

Dearly loved wife of the late Raymond. Much loved and loving mummy to Pauline and Diane, dear mother-in-law to Paul and Rod. Devoted Granny to Samantha, Lee, Jamie and Jack. Great Granny to Sienna, Charlie, Jonah, Grace, Nora, Louie, Ollie, Evie and the late baby Teddy. Cherished sister of Pearly, twin brother Jim, Elsie and Alastair. Much adored Aunt and treasured friend to many.

Friends welcome at Evelyn’s late home on Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th June between 3pm – 7pm. Funeral from the home on Friday 19th June at 1.20pm (Service in the home at 1.00pm) to Ballynahinch Congregational Church at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.
