DONNELLY Malachy (Mal) R.I.P. Mal passed peacefully under the wonderful care of all the staff in Antrim Area Hospital’s Respiratory Ward A1 on 15th June 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Dearly beloved son of the late Edward and Cecilia. Cherished husband of Liz and devoted dad to his wee dog Milo and the late Mark. Loving brother of Anne, Marie, Oliver, Thomas, Eamonn and the late Brendan, Kevin, Michael, Edmond, Martin and Helen. Much loved brother-in-law, uncle, friend and neighbour to many. Forever in our hearts. Late of 11A Tromery Drive, Crumlin. Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on His Soul.

Mal’s remains will be reposing in O’Neill’s Chapel of Rest on Wednesday between the hours of 2pm to 5.30pm. Mal’s will then return to his late residence on Friday for those wishing to pay their respects. Mal’s remains will leave his late residence at 9.30am on Monday 22nd June to arrive at The Mater Dei Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation to follow in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium. Mal’s family would welcome all those attending the funeral to wear blue at his request.

Mal will be loved and missed always by his heartbroken wife, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends and entire family circle at home and abroad.
