McCANN John (Aghacommon, Lurgan, formerly of McGreavy Park, Derrymacash and Ballinamoney Cottages) June 16, 2026 peacefully at Rosemount Care Home surrounded by his loving family. John, devoted husband of the late Mary (nee Flanagan) and dearly loved father of Paul, Elizabeth and the late Stephen. A dear father in law to Beverley, Karly, Lise and François and a cherished grandfather of Callum, Caolun and Alice.

Beloved son of the late James and Elizabeth McCann and loving brother of Mary (Caughey), and the late Frank, Seamus, Eamon and Pat, brother in law to Danny, Lily, Winnie, Colette, and the late Marie and Kathleen and a caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

John will repose at McAlinden and Murtagh’s Funeral Home, 43 Ardmore Road, Lurgan BT66 6QP; tomorrow Thursday and on Friday, from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm, where family and friends are welcome to visit and pay their respects. Funeral from the Funeral home on Saturday at 10.15 am to St. Patrick’s Church, Derrymacash for 11.00 am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Padre Pio pray for him.
