DOHERTY Michael (Mickey), July 10 2026, peacefully at his home, 24 Old City Court, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Liz, loving father of Aiveen, Emmet, Ciara and Edel, devoted grandfather of Cadhla, Evie and Tilly, dear son of the late Mickey and Tillie, and a cherished brother of Fionuala, Eamon, Sean and Sharon. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and all his friends.

Mickey will be reposing at his home on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12. Funeral leaving his home on Monday, July 13 at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
