CREANEY Sean (Sammy) (Lurgan), July 23, 2026, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Sean (Sammy), devoted husband of Jacinta and a cherished father of Linda, Sharon, Sylvia and the late Stephen, a much-loved grandfather of Kelly, Drew, Eden, Lucy, Hannah, Tommy, Louie, Neve and Joseph and great grandchildren Savannah, Seanie, Arthur, Harrison, Frankie and Elsie.

Loving son of the late Eileen and William Creaney (Shankill), beloved brother of Oliver, Colin, Gerard and Raymond, and the late Larry and Gregory. Dear brother-in-law and a loving uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Sammy will repose at his family home, 23 Gilpins Manor, Lurgan, BT66 8AG tomorrow (Saturday) and on Sunday from 2.00pm until 8.00pm where family and friends are warmly welcome to visit and pay their respects.

Funeral will leave the family home on Monday at 9.30am to arrive at St. Paul’s Church, Lurgan for Requiem Mass at 10.00am followed by a cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Co.Cavan at 2.00pm. St Padre Pio pray for him.

No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to NIKPA – Northern Ireland Kidney Patients’ Association.
