BOWDEN (nee Browne) Elizabeth – 4th August 2026. Peacefully at hospital with family by her side aged 93 years. Late of Rosevale Lodge Nursing Home. Formerly of Cloverhill Avenue, Lisburn.

Dearly loved wife of the late James. Much loved and loving mum to Ian, Jeremy and Ruth. Dear mother-in-law to Amanda, Karen and George. Proud grandma of Ian, Hannah, Neil, Adam, Emily and Sophie. Great granny to Ella, Rory, Grace, Rosie and Aoife. Loved sister of Derek.

Family and friends welcome at her daughter Ruth’s home on Thursday between 2 – 4pm, 7 – 9pm and Friday 7 – 9pm. Service of Thanksgiving will take place in Crescent Church, 6 University Road, Belfast BT9 1NH on Saturday 8th August at 1pm. Preceded by a private family burial.
