McELARNEY Peter (Lurgan, formerly of Park Avenue, Dundalk), August 7, 2026 peacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Peter (Ailsbury Gardens Taghnevan), devoted husband of Anne and a cherished father of Paul, Mark, Colm, Peadar, Leeanne and Kate, a much-loved father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle.

Peter will repose at his daughter Leanne’s residence, 2 Gilpins Manor, BT66 8AG, this evening from 7.00pm until 10.00pm and tomorrow, Sunday from 12.00pm until 9.00pm where family and friends are welcome to call and pay their respects.

Funeral from his daughter’s residence on Monday at 9.15am to St. Paul’s Church, Lurgan, where Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10.00am, followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.

Saint Padre Pio pray for him.

Will be sadly missed and always remembered by his entire family circle.
