The death has taken place of David Loughery, August 9 2026, Peacefully at Foyle Hospice (surrounded with love after an illness courageously borne) much loved husband of Ann, devoted dad of John and Carol-Ann, loving father-in-law of Lorraine and Mark, adored granda of Reuben, Sarah, Anna, Matthew and Jacob.

Funeral leaving his late home, 64 Riverside Park, Altnagelvin on Wednesday, August 12 at 12.30 p.m. followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Glendermott Presbyterian Church at 1.00 p.m., burial afterwards in the adjoining burial ground. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to (cheques made payable to) W.H. & S.C.T Altnagelvin Hospital Ward 24 (money to be used for patients comfort/staff/equipment/training for Hepatology department) or Foyle Hospice c/o Mrs Ruth Hay, 24A Church Road, Altnagelvin, Derry, BT47 3QQ. Everyone is welcome to call at the family home on Monday and Tuesday from 12 noon until 8.00 p.m.
