DOWNEY Frank, August 11 2026, beloved husband of Anne, loving father of Sharon, Fiona, Tracie, Sean, Paul, Ann and Orla, and a much loved father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather, dear brother of Georgina, John and the late Noella, Hester and Bobby.

Frank will be reposing in his home, 9 Messines Park, on Wednesday from 12:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral from there on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for 10:00 Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu to Foyle Hospice, Culmore Road, Derry. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on his soul.
