McCLURE Irene, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, 16th August 2026. Late of North Road Carrickfergus.

Beloved wife of the late Harold. Adored mother of Mark and Diane and spouses Julie and Neil. Very proud grandmother to Abby, Aaron, Kadie and Darci and Loving sister to Florence. Will be sadly missed by stepson Paul, wife Alison and step-grandchildren Jessica, Meghan and Nikolas.

A service of thanksgiving for Irene’s life will be held in Newtownabbey Crematorium on Thursday 20th August 2026, at 3.00pm. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to NI Chest Heart and Stroke. c/o S&J Irvine.

Irene will be loved and remembered always by the entire family circle and by all who knew her.

Beautiful memories treasured forever, of happy days we had together. Worthy of everlasting remembrance, never selfish always kind these are the memories she left behind. Your love is always with us, your place no-one can fill, in life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still.
