McCLAY Maureen, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 23rd August 2026. Late of 23b Creggan Street. May she rest in peace. Precious friend of Rita, Rosaleen, Margaret and Maureen. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her close friends and neighbours.

Maureen’s remains will be reposing at the McClafferty Funeral Home and Chapel Of Rest from 3pm tomorrow afternoon, Monday 24th August. Her remains will leave from there at 6:15pm for 6:30pm arrival to St. Eugene’s Cathedral to repose overnight. Maureen’s Requiem Mass will then take place on Tuesday 25th August at 10am. Burial will take place afterwards in the City Cemetery.
