McKINNEY Michael, age 92 died peacefully 29th August 2026, in Annadale Care Home. Beloved husband of Marie, father of Michael, Carmel and Ed, grandfather of Jacques, Ella, Milly, Tess, Maggie, Joe, Daniel and Dara. Father-in-law to Conor and Nuala, survived by his brother Seamus. He will be sadly missed by his family circle and friends.

Michael will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 2 St. Judes Avenue, Belfast, BT7 2GZ from Tuesday 1st September. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome to join the Family who will be in attendance Friday 4th September between 12 noon – 6pm. House private.

His remains will be removed to St Bernadettes Parish Church, Rosetta Road, Belfast on Friday 4th September, to arrive at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 5th September at 9:30am, followed by burial at Roselawn Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu can be made to Saint Vincent de Paul c/o O’Kane’s Funeral Home.
