COOPER Bernadette (Portaferry) Died 1st September 2026, peacefully at Nursing Home. Bernadette, devoted wife of Willie, dearly loved mother of Gerard, Martin, Pauline, Mairead, Aidan and Fiona, loving mother-in-law of Geraldine, Christopher, Kevin and Sean, a dear sister and a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother.

Bernadette’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday 2nd September from 6pm-8pm and Thursday 3rd September from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. Family home private.

Funeral will leave the funeral home on Friday 4th September at 1.30pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 2pm followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.
