HAY (née McLaughlin) Margaret, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 2nd September 2026. Late of 44 Messines Park, Derry. May she rest in peace. Beloved wife of the late Billy. Devoted mother of Majella, Philip, Michael and the late Margaret Rose. Dearest mother-in-law of John, Majella, Oonagh and the late Billy. Loving Granny and Great-Granny to all of her dearest grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A much loved sister of Rosaleen. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Margaret will be reposing at her late home, 44 Messines Park from 6:30pm this evening, Thursday 3rd September. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday 5th September at 9:20am for Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn at 10am. Burial will take place afterwards in St. Mura’s Church Cemetery, Fahan, Co. Donegal.

The wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
