EMERSON (nee Parks) Irene (Derryadd) called home to be with her precious Saviour, September 6, 2026, (peacefully) at home surrounded by her loving family following a short illness, aged 96 years. Late of 79 Ardmore Road, Derryadd.

Irene Elizabeth, beloved wife of the late Raymond, devoted mother of John, David, Leslie and Hazel, mother-in-law of Heather, Janice and Andrew, loving Nana and Nanny of Lee, Ben, Luke, Aaron, Jamie, Bethany, Christopher, Timothy, Peter, Laura, Emma & Jake and their spouses and partners and all her great grandchildren.

A service of thanksgiving will be held in Ardmore Gospel Hall on Thursday at 2pm followed by interment in Ardmore Parish Churchyard.

Family and friends welcome to call at the family home and share their condolences on Monday and Tuesday from 3 – 9pm, and Wednesday from 7 – 9pm (reduced due to power outage).

Irene will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by the large family circle and the assembly at Ardmore Gospel Hall.
