DOWNEY (née Haughian) Angela (Lurgan), September 14, 2026, peacefully at Laganvale Care Home, Moira, surrounded by her loving family. Angela, (late of Edward Street), devoted daughter of the late Nan and Luke Haughian, Derrycorr Lane, Derryadd and a loving sister of Anne, Monica, Edna, Joseph, Patricia, Eamonn, Paddy, Elizabeth, Gerard and the late Bernadette, a dear sister-in-law and a caring aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Angela will repose at McAlinden and Murtagh’s Funeral Home, 43 Ardmore Road, Lurgan, BT66 6QP, tomorrow, Tuesday, from 4.00pm until 7.00pm and on Wednesday from 4.00 pm until removal at 7.00 pm to St Patrick’s Church, Derrymacash. Family and friends are welcome to call and pay their respects.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 12 noon, followed by burial in the cemetery adjoining the church. Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for her.
