The death has occurred of Very Rev John Halton PE, 26th September 2026 at his home, Tempo (Pobal) Parochial House, Edenmore, Tempo. Formerly of Fertagh, Tierworker, Moynalty, Kells, Co Meath.

Predeceased by his parents John and Annie. Dear brother of Betty Lynch (Jim RIP), Charlie (Nancy) and the late Brian RIP (Philomena)

Fr John was a cherished uncle and is deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews and extended family circle.
