NEILLY William (Billy) 26th September 2026, at hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Much loved husband of Frances, loving father of Adrian and Isobel, father-in-law of Valerie and Stephen, devoted grandfather of Lucas and Phoebe and dear brother of Roberta, James and the late John.
