ROONEY (nee McConnell) Mary Veronica R.I.P Veronica passed peacefully at hospital on 26th September 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved wife of Seamus. Loved daughter of the late Mary Ann and William John. Devoted mother to Catherine, Jeanette, Seamus, Fiona, Angela, Anthony, Kieran and Joseph. Much loved sister of the late Margeret Ann Bell and Robert McConnell. Cherished grandmother to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Late of 40 Lenadoon Avenue. Saint Padre Pio Pray for her.

Veronica’s remains will leave her late residence at 9.15am on Friday to arrive at St Matthews Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.

Vernoica will be loved and missed always by her heartbroken husband, daughters, sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren and entire family circle.
