MONAGHAN Dermot (Newry) October 6, 2026, (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital. Dermot, husband of the late Maureen, son of the late Gerard and Lily Monaghan (High Street, Newry), brother of the late Edmund, Donald, Gerry and Brian. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

His remains will repose at his home, 30 Chestnutt Grove, Newry on Wednesday and Thursday from 12noon until 9pm each day. House private on the morning of funeral. Funeral Mwill be celebrated on Friday at 10.30am in Ss. Patrick & Colman’s Cathedral. Cremation following Funeral mass at Lakelands Crematorium.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing nephews, nieces, cousins, family circle and many friends.
