With a heavy heart we inform you of the passing of Anthony (Tony) McKernon who died peacefully at home on the 23rd October 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Much Loved Son of the late Moira and Anthony. Devoted Daddy to Sarah, Anton and Jacob and step-father to Grace. Beloved brother of Donna, Kerry, Nicky and Leigh and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by all his family circle, both at home and abroad.

Tony will be reposing at his family home, 3 Floral Gardens, Newtownabbey, BT36 7SE. His remains will leave his home on Thursday 29th October, to arrive at St Gerard’s Chapel, 722 Antrim Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 7PG, for Requiem Mass at 9.30am, followed by a service in Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road, BT36 5BU, at 11am.
