BURKE Willie, 28th October 2026, peacefully at Foyle Hospice. Loving father of Ciera, devoted grandfather of Dean, Kian and Lochlann and great-grandfather of Roan, beloved son of the late Willie and Molly, cherished brother of Margaret, Eddie, Hughie, Martin, Matilda and the late Brian, Annmarie, Christine, Helen and Michael. Willie will be sadly missed by his friends, nephews and nieces and the wider family circle.

Willie will be reposing at his sister Margaret’s Home 5 Brandywell Avenue on Wednesday 28th October from 3:00 p.m. Funeral leaving 5 Brandywell Avenue on Friday 30th October at 9:20 a.m. to St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower for Requiem Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
