McALEESE, Abraham (Abie) Called home peacefully on 31st October 2026 at Antrim Area Hospital. Late of Ballymena. Devoted husband of the late Marcia, loving father of Beverley, Gail and Christine, a dear father-in-law of Alastair Lowry and George Streeter. Cherished grandfather of Billy, Tori, Jamie, Sam and Hope and great grandfather of Kobe.

Service of thanksgiving for the life of Abie will be held in Alan Francey’s Church on Wednesday 4th November 2026 at 12.00 noon followed by interment in Ballee Cemetery (arriving approx. 1.30pm). House strictly private. Family and friends are welcome to meet with Beverley, Gail and Christine in Alan Francey’s Funeral Home on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 from 6.00pm till 8.00pm.
