WALKER Philip, November 4 2026, devoted husband of Irene, much loved father of Nicola and Niall and precious Granda to Rhys, Aoibheann, Ayla and Evie. Sadly missed by his son-in-law Brian and daughter-in-law Seanan, his brothers and sisters Anne, John, Michael, Brian, Philomena, Peter and the late David and extended family and many friends.

Philip’s remains will be reposing at his home, 80a Ballyarnett Road, on Friday from 2 – 9 pm. Funeral from there on Saturday at 9.30 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in St Eugene’s Cathedral. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to Friends of Altnagelvin (North West Cancer Centre) C/o Mr Peter Nicholl, MDEC Unit, Altnagelvin Hospital, Derry, BT47 6SB.
