Samuel (sam) Maxwell died on August 11th 2021, peacefully in Valencia House at Knockbracken Healthcare Park.
Cherished son of the late Rosina and John Maxwell.
Sam is reposing in the Chapel of Rest at PJ Brown Funeral Directors, 422 Oldpark Road, Belfast BT14 6QF. Funeral Mass is at 10.00am on Friday August 20th 2021 in St Patrick’s Church, 199 Donegall Street, Belfast BT1 2FL, followed by a Service at Roselawn Crematorium at 11.45am.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu of flowers could be made to Dementia NI.
Dearly loved and sorely missed by his son Joseph, his sister Rosemarie and brothers Arthur and Oliver, and the entire family circle.
