Gertrude (Gertie) McALINDEN
McALINDEN Gertrude (Gertie) died on October 4th 2021, peacefully at home. Late of 3 Albert Terrace, Lurgan.
Beloved wife of the late Aiden and loving mother of Vincent, Seán, Eamon, Eileen, Angela and Colm. A precious mother-in-law and a much loved grandmother and great grandmother, dear sister-in-law of Mary (O’Hare).
Gertie’s remains will repose in McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Home, 43 Ardmore Road, Lurgan, BT66 6QP tomorrow, Tuesday, between 2pm and 8pm. Please be mindful that Covid restrictions remain in place.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Peter’s Church, Lurgan on Wednesday at 10.30am with burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Derrymacash. St Padre Pio pray for her.
Always loved and remembered by her sorrowing family and entire family circle.
Family flowers only please, with donations in lieu, if desired, to Marie Curie.
