SMYTH Annie Elizabeth (Betty) Died 16th October 2021, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Jimmy, loving and devoted mother of Bernard, Rita, John, Eilish, Ben, Dympna, Colum, Breda and the late Laurence, dear mother-in-law of Pat, Shirley, Neil, Sharon, Michael, Rosemary and the late Maurice and a much loved granny and great granny.

Her remains will repose at John Smith’s Funeral Home, 91a High Street, Portaferry on Monday (18th Oct.) from 1pm, until 5.30pm (viewing by appointment – phone 02842728379) when her cortege will leave for St Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget via Cloughey Road and Ballygalget Road.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am restricted to family only, due to Covid-19 restrictions. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. Our Lady of Knock intercede for her.

Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by all the family and extended family circle.
