KEENAN Joe died on October 27th 2021, peacefully at the Mater Hospital.

Beloved son of Patsy (R.I.P) and Joe (R.I.P) Keenan. Will be sorely missed by his family; Philip, Paula, Danny, Pauline and Rosie and his nieces, nephews and grand-nephew. He was a scholar, political theorist and activist, humorist, poet and bon vivant. We are proud to have loved him and shared this journey with him.

Due to Covid restrictions his cremation has to be limited to immediate family only. For those who cannot be with us, please send a loving thought his way on Tuesday November 2nd.

The family want to record our thanks and appreciation to the wonderful staff of the Mater Hospital who looked after Joe so beautifully. He would be the first to say that we all owe these heroes our full support in the fight for decent wages.
