Joan MEEHAN (née McLaughlin)
MEEHAN (née McLaughlin) Joan died on 28th October 2021, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Late of Owen Mor Care Centre. Formerly of 162 Glenowen.
Beloved wife of Adrian, loving mother of Tanya, Orla, Oliver and Celia, devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, a dear and loving sister of Jim, Owen, Anna and the late John-Joe, Denis, Martin and Mary. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle.
Funeral leaving her home, 162 Glenowen, at 9:20am on Saturday 30th October to St. Mura’s Church, Fahan for Requiem Mass at 10am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Sadly, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the wake is private for family and close friends only.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, to the Dementia Society, Sevenoaks, Waterside, Derry, BT47 6DN.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her. St. Padre Pio pray for her.
