The family of the late Eithne Carville wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

Special thanks to Fr John Murray and to Brother Mark and Brother Eric for Requiem Mass and Sionan Mullan for the beautiful music.

A heartfelt thanks to Doctors and staff at Ringdufferin Nursing Home for the kind and loving way they looked after Eithne.

Thanks to family, friends and neighbours who sent Mass, sympathy cards, paid their respects along the route to the Church, attended the funeral or helped in any way during this difficult time. Thanks to those who made a donation to Alzheimer’s Society in memory of Eithne and to Ardglass Golf Club for the food and refreshments following the funeral.

Sincere thanks to Charles Rourke and Sons Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to Tom Edgar for preparing the grave.

Eithne’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in the Benedictine Monastery, Rostrevor on Sunday 5th December at 11:30 am, as space will be limited Mass may be viewed online www.benedictinemonks.co.uk

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest thanks and appreciation.

CARVILLE Eithne died on 8th November 2021 EITHNE peacefully at Ringdufferin Nursing Home

Dearly beloved wife of Don, much loved mother of Donal, Peter, Michael and David, dear mother-in-law of Sue, Elaine, Dorinnia and Rebecca, loving grandmother of Isabel, Conor, Alex, Emily, Roan, Finley, Bethan and Lottie and sister of Noreen, Roisin and Patricia. May she rest in peace.

Requiem Mass will be held in St. Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick on Thursday 11th November at 11.00am, interment afterwards in Calvary Cemetery, Ardglass.
