McCONNELL, Agnes Jane (Jean) Died on December 3rd 2021. At hospital. Late of 9 Parkmount Parade, Belfast.
Much-loved mother of Stephanie and Lindsay and a loving grandmother, sister and sister-in-law.
Funeral Service will be held at Greencastle Methodist Church, Whitewell Road, Newtownabbey on Wednesday 15th December at 11am and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium for 12.40 pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The British Heart Foundation c/o Scott Otley Funeral Director, 210 Shore Road Belfast BT15 3QB.
Will be sadly missed by her loving family circle. At peace.
