PHILLIPS Dylan passed peacefully on December 17th 2021 at Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, in the presence of family.

Much loved son of Jared and Helen and devoted brother of Amy. Will be greatly missed by his loving grandparents, family and everyone who knew him.

A Service of Thanksgiving celebration for the life of Dylan will be held at 3.30pm on Wednesday December 22nd at Orangefield Presbyterian Church, Castlereagh Road, Belfast.
