HUGHES Eugene Joseph R.I.P. Died March 11, 2022, suddenly at home.
Beloved husband of Carol and father to Nicola, Christopher and Rachel. Son of the late Seamus and Annie Hughes and brother to John, Rosemary, Seamus (deceased), Gerard, Emmanuel, Margaret-Anne and Petsy.
His remains will repose at his late mother’s residence, 37 Old Suffolk Road, Belfast, BT11 9PL.
His funeral will take place on Wednesday March 16, 2022. His remains will leave the house at 9.30am for Requiem Mass at 10.00am in St Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church, 27B Glenveagh Drive, Belfast, BT11 9HX, followed by his Burial Service at St Peter’s at the Rock Cemetery, Rock Road, Stoneyford, Lisburn.
Mary Queen of the Gael, wrap him in your mantle, carry him to your son. Blessed Heart of Jesus have mercy on him.
