CONNOLLY Sr. Ann – April 9th 2022, (peacefully) at St Clare’s Convent, 12 Ashgrove Avenue.

Sr. Ann, dearly beloved sister of Patricia, formerly of High Street and Warrenpoint. May she Rest In Peace.

Funeral on Tuesday for 10.30am Requiem Mass in SS Patrick & Colman’s, Cathedral. Burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery, Castle Street, Newry. St Clare pray for her.

Very deeply regretted by her community in Ashgrove and the congregation of the Sisters of St Clare, her loving sister, devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and her many friends.

My sincere condolences to the Family of Rev.Sr.Ann (RIP)and to the Community of her Sisters in Religion in the Poor Clare Convent , Ashgrove . I have very fond memories of Sr.Ann being a beautiful and kind Teaching Nun during my days as a pupil in St.Clare’s Primary School in the 1960’s . May her gentle soul Rest in Peace .
