Rooney, (née Rafferty) Elizabeth (Lily) – (Newry), August 3, 2022 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family.

Elizabeth (Lily), beloved wife of the late Brendan R.I.P. and devoted mother of Maria, Brenda, Madeline, Eamonn, Brendan and the late Kathleen R.I.P.

Her remains will repose at her late residence, 39 Violet Hill Avenue, Thursday from 7pm.

Requiem Mass for Lily will be celebrated in The Church of the Assumption, Drumalane on Saturday at 12noon, burial afterwards in Monkshill cemetery.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law Oliver, sister-in-law Catherine, and the entire family circle.
