Phylis BLOOMER (née Gourley)

Date of Death: Monday 29th August 2022 Town: Cookstown
Date of Death: Monday 29th August 2022

We the family of the late Phyliss Bloomer wish to express our sincere appreciation for the messages of sympathy extended to us during our sudden bereavement.

We would like to thank our family circle, friends and neighbours who provided great support before, during and after the wake and funeral. We are grateful to the many medical teams who attended to Mammy, including the district nurse, and Falls chemist (Cookstown).

We are indebted to Father Slater for his home visits to Mammy, his prayers and administration of the sacraments. To Father Boyle for celebrating the requiem mass and also to the sacristan.
Thank you to Ms Ciara Hagan for the beautiful singing, to Mr Patrick Slevin for the beautiful music.

We pay tribute to Joanna at Niall Loughran funeral directors for her care and compassion towards Mammy, to the gravediggers for preparing Mammy’s final resting place.

Thank you to the Greenvale Hotel for providing food at the wake and following the funeral, also to Tasty Bites, Fairhill Diner and to Mr Seamus McNally. To family, friends and neighbours who brought food to our home during the wake, also to Brian McDonald for the Marquee. We are truly grateful.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

She was a Mammy, so very rare
Content at home and always there
On earth you toiled, in heaven you rest
Mammy you were the best xxx

Mammy’s months mind will take place in the The Holy Trinity Chapel Cookstown on Sunday October 2nd at 12.00 noon Mass.
