SHIELDS Joseph (Joe) (17 Drumreagh Road, Rostrevor). Who passed peacefully Wednesday January 18, 2023.

Son of the late Thomas and Mary Catherine Shields. Brother of the late Rose, Henry, James, Issac, Gerard, Barney and Mary. Much loved uncle of Helena (Gribben), Tommy, Mary and Caroline Collins, uncle-in-law of Anne and the late P.J., great uncle of Shane, Lisa and Clare.

Joe’s remains will be reposing at his nephew’s home, 19 Drumreagh Road, Rostrevor. His remains will leave his nephew’s home at 10.00am on tomorrow Saturday January 21st for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Rostrevor. Interment immediately afterwards in Kilbroney Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family, neighbours and friends. Our Lady Queen of the Gael pray for him.
