CONVEY Patrick – Died suddenly on 19th March 2023.
Much loved partner of Maura. Devoted father to Clare, Christina and Darren. Cherished grand-father to Cadhlá, Erin, Reuben and Eoin.
Patrick will repose at his late residence, 8 Ardcaoin Place, Poleglass from where he will leave on Thursday at 1.30pm to arrive at Church of Nativity for 2.00pm funeral. Cremation to follow at Roselawn on Saturday 25th at 8.40am. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for him.
Patrick will be missed by his sorrowing partner Maura, daughters, son and his grandchildren and entire family circle.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Childrens Heartbeat Trust c/o O’Neills Funeral Directors.
