September 17th 2020. (formerly Forsythe) peacefully at Mountvale Nursing Home Dromore, late of Oak Grange Waringstown and previously of Soldierstown. Beloved wife of the late Eric Hayes and the late Tommy Forsythe and loving mother of Denise (Purdy), Howard and Paul and the late Thomas.
House and funeral strictly private in accordance with current guidelines. Those wishing to pay their respects can do so as the cortege arrives at Aghalee Parish Church Soldierstown on Monday 21st September at 2.00pm.
No flowers please. Donations if desired may be made for Cancer Research
Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the entire family circle.
